Our buses driven by party bus people who are there for you to have a great time.

Our buses can take up to 50 people and come complete with mega sound system, esky and ice for your drinks, lights and the aisle to dance in.

Plug in your phone to play your own music (it's your party).
Extra loud microphone for karaoke singing from your phone music.
On normal buses singing, having a social drink and dancing in the aisle
is not allowed ...
On the HENS PARTY BUS
it's compulsory.
More a night club on wheels than a bus.

Pick up at 9.30am.
2 or 3 vineyards .
(by then people are ready for lunch)

Choose whereever you like,
remember you have a bus .

In the afternoon the Vodka Factory, Tempus Two, Harrigans.
Maybe Satour the Desert Restaurant followed by the Chocolate Factory.

Singing and dancing on the way home
by 5.30pm.

We emphasise that it's your party
and we will help arrange
whatever you like.

Our Buses

At Hen Party bus we specialise in helping you arrange an excellent
party day or night .
We have different size buses to cater to your group size.

When:
We have three options available.
• 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
• 6.45 pm to 1.00 am

• 12.30 pm to 7.30 pm
( note: add $200 to costings below)

Costs:
• 16 Seater is $800
• 26 Seater is $1100

• 44 seater is $1300
( note: 44 seat only, you can have
an extra 10 standing )

All Bookings are done over the phone.
Note: you can't change bus sizes
once it's booked.

To make a booking we need a text picture of a drivers licence for I.D.
A $300 dep/Bond is paid to book the bus, then you pay the driver the full amount on the day and we refund the $300 bond back to the card on Monday.

We only operate Newcastle and the Hunter Valley we don't go to Sydney.
You are welcome to bring drinks and food on the bus.

At Hen Partys Bus Hire, we specialise in helping you to create the perfect day or night that celebrates your pre wedding event.

Get your friends together, think of a theme or somewhere special you would like to go and we'll help you arrange it.
Your day could be designed around a visit to a spa for an extreme session of pampering. We will drive you there, arrange a time and pick you up later.
Maybe you would prefer a picnic in the shade of the trees near a riverbank or on the beach. You can cater it yourself or have it specially catered.
